social and expert.

The name ‘Hedonism’ originates from an early Greek

philosophy that believes pleasure is the only intrinsic

good. This way of thinking has led to the word being used

frequently in wine tasting notes and, as a stockist of the

finest and rarest wines and spirits, the name clearly serves

this business well. At HedonismWines, it is said that the

UK’s best buyers source around 5,500 wines and 2,000

spirits, taking the crème de la crème from each region

of the world whilst carefully checking the provenance of

every bottle. The boutique stocks classics including the

Macallan 50 year old 1928, Taylor’s 1945, a Courvoisier

1976 Baccarat Decanter, Domaine de la Romanee Conti

La Tache 1999,The Laird 2006 in a rather meagre 27 litre

bottle and a Chartreuse Tarragona. And if by chance they

do not have the bottle that you desire,HedonismWine will

go out of their way to try and source it for you. Also, what

makes the experience more personalised is that many of

their dedicated wine specialists are former sommeliers

for top Michelin-starred restaurants and therefore can

offer their most valued expert advice and expertise.

Hedonism Wines offers both their UK and overseas

clientele a delivery service of wine and spirits, so you

can have your favourite bottle sent straight to your door.

Deliveries are made within the hour in central London

and, if you wish, their wine specialists can be on hand

to offer any advice or expertise. Using electric vans as

transportation for deliveries, Hedonism Wines is also

keeping it green and the air clean.

If you would rather visit the shop to browse their entire collection and

have to take the children with you, HedonismWines provide a kid’s area to

keep the little ones occupied. The shop is fully temperature and humidity

controlled with heat free lights in order to keep the wines in pristine

condition. If the temperature is not to your liking, you could always keep

warm by wrapping up in a nice throw and taste their exquisite fine wine

from their Enomatic machines at cosy tasting tables.

HedonismWines is opened seven

days a week: Monday to Saturday

from 10am-9pm and Sunday

from 12pm-6pm.
