N
ot every annual international motor show is bestowed
the honour of having two top British marques unveil their
prestigious new models at the same time but, this March,
the Geneva Motor Show indeed had that privilege. Bentley
presented their faster, more powerful and more efficient Flying Spur
while Rolls-Royce unveiled their most dynamic, stylish and dramatic
Wraith, deemed to be the most powerful car ever built by the iconic
British manufacturer.
The Bentley Flying Spur promises to be an ultimate high luxury
sedan with unrivalled performance, more comfort and refinement. It
has been described by the marque as having an “unrivalled blend of
effortless driveability, exquisite luxury and craftsmanship with sculpted
design and state-of-the-art technology.” The Rolls-Royce Wraith, on
the other hand, boasts an elegant fastback design that hints at dynamic
prowess in their most powerful model ever. In the words of CEO
Torsten Müller-Ötvös, the Rolls-Royce Wraith is “the boldest design,
the most dramatic performance and most powerful
Rolls-Royce that has ever played host to the
famous Spirit of Ecstasy figurine.”
