The Bite Magazine - Spring/Summer 2026 - Issue 39
bitefestival Images provided by Mind Body Spirit Festival ment for anyone curious about the esoteric world. My favourite part of the festival was strolling through the variety of beautiful, interesting and eye-catching stands that created a vibrant marketplace and brought togeth- er hundreds of unique brands from the UK and abroad, including therapists, healers, various organisations such as The Reiki Association, and conscious businesses. The festival proudly featured the SEED initiative, which high- lighted passionate, emerging product-based brands tak- ing their first steps in the wellness world. As I wandered through the aisles, I sampled delicious or- ganic foods, stocked up on therapeutic essential oils, and browsed beautiful, ethically sourced handmade jewellery, clothing, and accessories. It was the perfect place to pick up healing crystals and magical items, and, most of all, I had a very interesting, colourful aura and energy reading. Beyond the workshops and the shopping, the festival was fundamentally about community. It was a rare, beautiful space where I shared meaningful conversations and expe- riences with thousands of like-minded people. Another favourite encounter was talking with a Tibetan monk from the Radha-Krishna Temple in Soho. He shared words of wisdom and uplifting thoughts, something one can treasure for a long time. I visited stands showcasing an array of beautiful crystals, such as GeoFossil, artistic creations from Krystalglobe, Lumina Jewellery, Mandala, and Energy art by Marina Buch, as well as handicraft bags and clothing by Carpe Diem, to name just a few. A sound bath, chanting session, Reiki energy treatment experi- ence, and a Meditation Space created lasting memories and a comforting sense of belonging. Ultimately, the festival gave me a wonderful, practical, eye-opening experience for a happier, healthier lifestyle. This festival is a celebration for everyone who wants to get away, take a break from stress, and learn more about alternative ways to cope with anxiety and boost their con- fidence. This event offered the space, warmth, and inspi- ration to help everyone heal, connect, and thrive, and a chance to spend a day or the entire weekend recharging your batteries and energy levels for your wellbeing. The London Mind Body Spirit Festival may be over for this year. However, there is still time to catch up with its sister venue on Friday 13 November-Sunday 15 Novem- ber 2026 at the NEC Birmingham, Marston Green, Eng- land, for a weekend totally worthwhile for your wellness and loved ones. www.mindbodyspirit.co.uk www.eldara.co.uk www.geofossils.com https://luminajewellery.com https://kristalglobe.co.uk https://www.marinabuchart.com https://iskcon.london www.carpediemcamden.com www.reikiassociation.org.uk
