Mind Body Spirit Festival Beauty Editor Giovanna Zac attended the Mind Body Spirit Festival, one of the most important events in London dedicated to wellbeing and personal healing. bitefestival I ’ve waited a long time with great anticipation to attend the holistic Mind Body Spirit Festival. Step- ping into the grand halls of Olym- pia London in West Kensington for the event in May, I felt like I thought it would be: a harmonious breath of fresh air. The first thing that hit me wasn’t the sheer scale of the historic venue, but the earthy scent of frankincense and sage drifting through the air. The sound of Tibetan singing bowls and chanting created a warm, magical and instantly calming atmosphere. The ambient music, the immense parade of crystals healing, the friendly approach of exhibitors and visitors, gave me an im- mediate sense of welcoming and inner peace mixed with a great desire to search for those perfect items to inspire me and acquire. Speaking with Sarah Lloyd, the PR man- ager for the Mind Body Spirit Festival, she revealed that it was launched in 1977 and is the longest-running alternative lifestyle gathering in the world, trans- forming the iconic Olympia venue into a bustling, peaceful sanctuary of learn- ing and self-care. Spanning four beauti- ful days, this immersive event brought together over 350 exhibitors, 111+ free sessions, and inspiring practitioners from around the world, creating a warm, welcoming space dedicated entirely to holistic healing, yoga, and wellbeing. The festival offered a wonderful oppor- tunity to unplug from the hectic pace of daily life, to take a deep breath, and reconnect with what truly matters. I was impressed by the packed schedule of events, featuring over 100 expert speakers and beautifully curated spaces that made it easy to map out a personal itinerary that matched individual well- ness goals, whether you were a seasoned yogi, a mindfulness enthusiast, or curious about the event. At the energetic heart of the festival was the Main Stage, a lively space that hosted musical performances, interactive demon- strations, and inspiring talks, with British Sign Language (BSL) interpreters to ensure everyone could join in the fun. For those ready to stretch and move, the Wellbeing Studio hosted trans- formative classes and taster sessions led by wonderful yoga and wellness teachers, where visitors could drop in for dynamic yoga flows, guided meditations, and life-coaching sessions designed to leave them feeling uplifted. Meanwhile, peaceful sanctuaries like Alchemy of Sound and Oa- sis of Sound, hosted by wonderful sound healers such as Anne Malone, offered deep meditation sessions and soothing sound baths. For a deeper dive, the Ceremony Space, often called the ‘cosmic womb’, hosted sacred rituals, drumming circles, astrol- ogy talks, and beautiful ceremonies led by well-known spiritual guides. At the same time, the Crystal Clear Psychics and MBS Academy areas offered insightful tarot readings, intuitive guid- ance, and workshops on crystal healing and psychic develop- Image poster provided by Su Whittle at Eldara
