This all-new cinematic ad- venture film, directed by Adam Wingard, delves further into the Titans’ histories, origins, and mysteries of Skull Island while uncovering the mythic battle that forged these extraor- dinary beings. In Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire, the two greatest kanji must reunite against the ruthless Skar King, another massive ape but with red fur, who appears significantly bigger than King Kong. The giant monster seemed the only Kong left in the MonsterVerse universe for decades. However, the others retreated to Hollow Earth, a massive underground world where many live. Skar King appears to be one of the inhabit- ants, now seeking some authoritative control. Dan Stevens heads the cast as Trapper, with Rebecca Hall, Brian Tyree Henry and Kaylee Hotel reprising their roles of Dr. Ilene Andrews, Bernie Hayes and Jia from the previous film and Fala Chen, Alex Ferns and Rachel House joining the ensemble.
