bitedrinks tion is fragmented, true immersion in a moment has never been more powerful. At a time when consumers are seeking lighter, brighter, and more elevated experiences, according to the IWSR (International Wine and Spirits Research) 2024 Re- port, Bombay Sapphire offers a beautiful invitation to pause, engage, and actively lean into an experience or moment. The campaign curates immersive, multi-sensory experiences, including a new major global sports sponsorship deal. In February, Bombay Sapphire partnered with artist Rebecca Black at The Miami Beach Edition’s rooftop to showcase the brand’s Sparkling Lemon cocktail. They also collaborated with celebrated designer Thomas Heatherwick to debut bespoke in-bar experiences at some of the continent’s most renowned venues, including SIPS and FOCO in Barcelona, Little Red Door in Paris, and Le Lion in Hamburg. By partnering with the E1 Series, the world’s first all-electric race boat championship combining sports and entertain- ment, Bombay Sapphire became the official gin partner of the UIM (Union Internationale Motonautique) E1 World Championship. They are also the Official Partners of current reigning champions Team Brady, owned by NFL legend Tom Brady, and Team Drogba, led by Didier Drogba and Gabrielle Lemaire, unlocking branding rights and team-specific oppor- tunities through the 2025 season. The UIM E1 World Championship was established to create a new, exciting, and competitive on-water racing championship using electric technologies. The tournament aims to focus efforts on innovations that help protect and restore our urban waters and coastal areas. The competing teams feature male and female pilots racing on the water in iconic cities world- wide, including Jeddah, Doha, Monaco, and Miami. E1 pilots navigate tight and technical circuits behind the wheel of the electric E1 Racebirds. As E1’s Official Cocktail partner, the brand will offer its Bombay Sapphire & Tonic and Bombay Sapphire Sparkling Lemon cocktails to guests of the Ocean Club, E1’s exclusive hospitality offering. Fill your balloon glass to the rim with large cubed ice, pour over the gin, squeeze fresh lime into the drink and drop it into the glass. Top with premium tonic water, stir and enjoy. For Bombay Sapphire Sparkling Lemon, combine 1½ oz Bombay Sapphire and 5 oz sparkling lemonade (such as San Pellegrino Limonata) into a balloon or wine glass full of ice. Garnish with a lemon wheel. Other cocktails include Red Snapper, gin’s answer to the Bloody Mary, whose exotic spices and botanicals can awaken the senses. Add 50 ml Bombay Sapphire and 100 ml tomato juice in a long highball glass. Squeeze in (and then discard) a fresh lemon wedge and season with hot sauce, Worcester- shire sauce, and salt and pepper. Fill the glass with cubed ice and stir slowly to integrate the ingredients and flavours. Add a celery stick, an olive, a cocktail onion and a fresh lemon wedge for garnish.
