JOIA Rooftop also offers an al fresco menu of snacks, petisco and tapas from the two Michelin-starred Portuguese chef Hen- rique Sá Pessoa, whose vibrant, unique and fresh take on tra- ditional plates use the best British and Iberian produce. Guests can choose favourites like octopus salad with red pepper, potato and smoked paprika, tuna tartare with avocado, and sea lettuce from JOIA restaurant on the floor below, or dishes exclusive to the rooftop, including prego steak sandwiches.
