Inside this restaurant, you will find Schroders’ Botan - ical Bar, which will serve a wide range of local and international gins from world-renowned brands and passionate botanists. Here you can experience new tempting flavours and partake in the in-house mixolo - gist’s masterclasses, including premium tastings and cocktail-making classes. For early risers, the bar will serve a selection of fresh fruit smoothies and juices designed to help guests begin their day with a health boost. The Orchid Tea Room provides a calming yet opulent lounge with expert service and guests’ comfort at the heart of the experience and a regal afternoon tea. Guests are invited to savour handmade creations from the patisserie, and chocolatier team spearheaded by Pastry Sous Chef, Swapnil Sawant, accompanied by a world-class tea selection and fine champagne. The tea room is named after the original owners of the mansion who collected orchids worldwide. One of the hotel’s most stylish and charming spots, The Library Club, is inspired by the library in the previ- ous mansion. It obtains many original features, such as beautiful oak details and a renaissance-style fireplace.
