British menswear brand DML Jeans is a denim brand with a difference that provides conscientiously crafted men’s jeans with no sacrifice in qual- ity or fit. Based in Manchester, they take inspiration from their northern roots to strike the perfect balance of embracing new trends while creating versatile and affordable men’s denim. Since DML Jeans own their production facilities, they have total control over all aspects of the manufacturing process. Their jeans are available in various fits from skinny, super skin- ny and slim to straight, chinos, and shorts and also in various washes from true black and grey to light wash and distressed. Intending to create a fashion-forward, youthful product line, the brand has succeeded in establishing themselves as pioneers of sustainable denim technologies over the last nine years. There are many ways the brand is implementing sustainability regularly with new technologies and practices. For instance, they use TWIN which is equipped with two laser resonators of maximum power, making it the most productive and fastest laser on the market. “TWIN HS eliminates manual dry process while covering intricate details with highly efficient reproduci- bility.” They also use e-Flow technology in which the air from the atmosphere is transformed into nano-bubbles. Once this is done, products and water are then naturally dis- tributed and create the nano-bubble skin, a perfectly hom- ogenous mix between water, products, and air. The skin of the nano-bubbles is responsible for transporting the properties of the product to the garment optimally and efficiently.
