bite fashion www.uclan.ac.uk HANNAH MORLEY Taking inspiration from Studio 54, Hannah Morley presented a dis- co-themed collection. The use of cat- suits and a strong colour palette of blue, pink, and purple were a nod to the era, coupled with reflective sequins and tinsel fabric reflecting the disco lights of the ‘70s and ‘80s. Circular structures that encased the body add- ed flair and a statement playfulness to the collection. ROXANNE HOARE Inspired by the architecture of Copenhagen, Roxanne Hoare experimented with upcycling secondhand garments, combining different fabrics and pre-existing structures to replicate the silhouettes of buildings, hand painting the pieces to create a vibrant and eclectic image. Pops of bright yellow and lavender drew the eye to the hidden details within the collection. LINGSHAN FAN An explosion of bold orange and pastel pink composed Lingshan Fan’s eccentric and playful collection. Textiles were utilised to create texture and overwhelming layers of volume adding dimension to the unique collection. Sinister details were hidden amongst the bold garments of doll eyes and heads, featuring through- out the accessories and within the prints.
