bite fashion SARA GERVASONI Utilising drawstrings to create textures in her selection of fabrics, Sara Gervasoni delivered a collection inspired by mountaineering attire. Wa- terproof fabrics and a hooded jacket were elevated by a bright colour pal- ette of red, orange, and blue. Neon orange drawstring cords added vibran- cy amidst darker tones. Sportswear was elevated by strategic gathering and layered colours. BARBARA KALAGBOR Barbara Kalagbor used her final collection as a way to explore the state- ment “Who am I?” by looking into herself for inspiration. She created her own drawings and imageries which composed of a beautiful lin- ear print that featured a wrap-around shirt and highlight details of a bright blue suit. Tiered trousers in contrasting fabrics added an impact drawing into the patchwork details that could be seen throughout the garments. EAST LONDON UNIVERSITY TAYLOR WILSON Utilising her background in biology, Taylor Wilson took an idea and ran with it, by growing her own leather from the same properties made in the production of Kombucha. This collection had its roots heavy in organic material. Sticking to earthy tones, she utilised different weights of fabrics to layered textiles and added dimension through heavily gathered patches of tulle.
