The amount of nutrients found in algae is up to 1,300 times the amount of nutrients found in normal food, making it simply amazing for the health of our body, including our hair and nails. This method allows the absolute respect for the sea and the protection of sea plant life, without causing any harm to the environment. In fact, one essential part of seaweed and sea water nutrients comes from their biologi- cal environment, which allows them to have an incredible source of mineral and organic substances. The amount of research and studies achieved has created a unique patent called ALGO 4 Complex, which is the base product of this range by Algologie. The stem cells of macro algae and halophytic plants have active ingredi- ents which are easily absorbed into the cutaneous tissues, and picked up through the blood circulation, where the capillaries distribute them into the organs to be absorbed as needed. Among some of the most relevant sea plants present in this complex are Undaria Pinnatifida for protection and anti-radical properties; Porphyridium Cruentum known as the ‘the red blood cell’ of the sea for its oxygenation; Sea Fennel to stimulate collagen and elastin production; and Alpine Sea Holly, which is rich in essential fatty acids, to regenerate the skin at cellular level.
