For the moderately young, vibrant and sexy crowd, STK London is the
place to be seen in. As you step into the restaurant, the atmosphere is
amazingly energetic and buzzing, even for aWednesday evening.When we
arrived, almost all of the tables were occupied by groups of trendy and
well-dressed professionals, with the odd one or two couples chatting, laughing
and enjoying each other’s company. Imagine this place on a Friday evening or at
the weekend. Its signature décor is dark but chic, with a palette of black gloss
and cream, plaster cast horns, curvilinear black platform seats, creamy leather
banquettes, textured crocodile tiles and theatrical lights hanging over the tables,
with panels of purple Illuminated light beads placed along the back wall of the
restaurant and gold chrome pipes giving an ambience of sophistication.
