bitefashion Maisie Bodington Fashion Design student Maisie Bodington is passionate about experimenting with texture, colour, and repurposed fabrics. She creates designs that not only push aesthetic boundaries but also reflect a deep respect for the environment. Drawing from lived experiences, her ‘Memories To Hold’ collection holds meaning, memory, and identity and explores the intersection of innova- tion, culture, and sustainability. @mkbfashion_ Maya Higgins Maya Higgins’ menswear ‘Back to Glenbrack’ collection is inspired by her family heritage. Using design as a tool for connection, she drew inspiration from the natural landscapes of Glenbrack in Co. Galway, on the west coast of Ireland. Fond memories of Ireland inspired traditional workwear silhouettes through her grandfather’s storytelling and visits as a young child. Making conscious yarn choices, using natural fibres, and incor- porating subtle textures, the pieces enhanced a sense of comfort. @mayahigginsknitwear mayahiggins1@gmail.com Maanyata Arora Maanyata Arora’s ‘Thread Layered in Luxury’ collection merged haute couture and ready-to-wear with traditional Kantha embroidery, handcrafted by rural women of Bengal. Through layered textures and refined silhouettes, this storytelling craft was reinterpreted as modern luxury. Warmth, structure, craft and innovation stitched together, blended heritage crafts with contemporary fashion. @am_designs
