bitetravel Cavallino Bianco Caorle Venezia, Italy’s New Five-Star Family Resort, Opens on the Adriatic Coast in May 2026 I ntroducing Cavallino Bianco Caorle Venezia, the new five‑star luxury resort dedicated to families and set to open in May 2026. Conceived by Ralph A. Riffeser, the creative force behind the Cavallino Bianco Group, the resort is currently under construction in the Venetian coastal town of Caorle. It represents the evolution of the group’s multi‑award‑winning hospitality model, born in Ortisei, South Tyrol, and now recognised world‑ wide as a benchmark in luxury family tourism. Located in the historic area of the former Colonia Pordenone, a site that has been transformed into a symbol of urban regenera‑ tion, the resort overlooks a Blue Flag beach and offers uninter‑ rupted sea views. Cavallino Bianco Caorle Venezia will feature 101 luxury suites ranging from 46 to 118m², each designed to provide comfort, privacy and autonomy for modern families. Suites will include private terraces with sea views or direct sea‑ front access, two bathrooms—one child‑friendly with baby amenities—a fully equipped pantry, separate areas for parents and children, smart facilities and décor inspired by the surround‑ ing pine forest and coastal landscape. Guests will also enjoy ex‑ clusive services such as a covered garage with 170 parking spaces, an on-site boutique, a bike hub for exploring the area and com‑ munal spaces designed for those blending work and holiday time. At the heart of the resort experience will be a five‑hectare private beach, a rare offering in the Italian hospitality landscape. Nestled among soft, green dunes scented with Mediterranean shrubs, the beach will feature lockable cabanas, king‑sized sun beds, chairs, tables, mini‑fridges, safes, play areas and direct access to the sea. It also houses a 4,000m² wellness centre complete with heat‑ ed pools, saunas, a beauty farm, holistic treatments and an adults‑only rooftop spa with an Infinity Sky Pool overlooking the Adriatic. Children and teens will have free access to Lino Land, a 750m² indoor‑outdoor space offering educational programmes, creative workshops, a theatre, gym facilities and colour‑coded safety systems that balance freedom with attentive care. At the same time, parents can retreat to areas dedicated to relaxation and mindfulness. Dining will be a central part of the experience, with three themed restaurants. The Family Restaurant, inspired by the lively charm of Venetian squares, will offer a generous buffet and a spacious terrace. Marco Polo, the adults‑only restaurant, will provide an elegant culinary escape amid the trees, with refined indoor and outdoor spaces ideal for uninterrupted dining. The Children’s Restaurant will cater specifically to younger guests with a playful atmosphere and menus tailored to their tastes. Additional din‑ ing options will include outdoor breakfast areas and an indoor lounge bar. Architecturally, the resort draws inspiration from Venetian tra‑ dition, reinterpreted with a contemporary sensibility through harmonious façades, warm tones, light volumes, turrets and ex‑ pansive windows. Interiors blend elegant simplicity with homely warmth, combining natural materials, soft fabrics and functional design to create spaces that nurture connection between parents and children, and between people and nature. The project is expected to create over 180 jobs, with the resort op‑ erating for at least ten months of the year and actively involving local businesses, artisans and suppliers to foster a virtuous net‑ work between tourism, the local economy and the surrounding community. https://caorle.cavallino-bianco.com/en Images courtesy of Grifco PR
