Hackett London seamlessly blends tradition and moder- nity by combining classic British heritage with contempo- rary cuts and fabrics, creating timeless designs inspired by British sports and country life. Their silhouettes, including blazers and outerwear, are modernised with softer tailor- ing, stretch cotton, and new lightweight fabrics. Although they use contemporary materials such as Tencel and ul- tra-light fabrics, they still incorporate traditional ones like cotton and silk. This season, the brand’s second Tradition & Modernity se- ries, titled ‘AWinter Together’, sees the return of father-son racing dynasty and motorsport legends, Carlos Sainz Sr and Jr. The AW25 campaign highlights the duo's shared excellence in motorsports and classic style off the track. It also symbolises the harmony between generations, with Sainz Sr representing wisdom and Sainz Jr depict- ing youthful energy, showcasing the brand’s heritage and modern approach to classic clothing. The first series for SS25, starring the two brand ambas- sadors, celebrated their intergenerational bond, heritage richness, and style evolution. Shot at a British manor, with the duo dressed in formal and casual Hackett attire, it portrayed quality moments between father and son, from the gesture of adjusting a tie to sharing a scenic drive or a game of backgammon. The brand, renowned for its refined menswear, selected these individuals to embody a fusion of tradition and modernity. Carlos Sainz Sr, known as El Matador (The Bullfighter), is a two-time World Rally Champion and a multiple-time Da- kar Rally winner. His career spans decades and has earned him a reputation for precision, endurance, and leadership in the motorsport world. His son, Carlos Sainz Jr., a prom- inent Formula 1 driver currently racing for Scuderia Fer- rari, is recognised for his consistency, technical expertise, and strategic racing abilities.
