bitecuisine uplifting and bright Lyrical Lemon, an elegant light drink with a celebratory feel, is a blend of lemon juice and pineapple juice, topped with non-alcoholic Prosecco and a hint of gum syrup for balance. The new SOUND Cafe menu, served as canapés at the launch, included Wild Mushroom Arancini with mixed leaves and truffle oil, which I surprisingly liked, as I’m not a fan of mush- rooms. The crispy, golden-brown breaded Chicken Schnitzel served with truffle mayonnaise was sensational, and the mas- sive Grilled Tiger Prawns with ciabatta were nicely cooked. I thoroughly enjoyed the deliciously succulent and tender Grilled Rib Eye Skewer with herb butter, which melted in my mouth. The toasted Mini Reuben sourdough, loaded with peppered pastrami, sauerkraut, melted Swiss cheese, and pickles, was filling. I was delighted with the beautifully Grilled Seabass with heritage tomato, baby potatoes and fine green beans. By the time the Mini Philly Cheesesteak with sautéed steak, on- ions and cheese arrived, my stomach was virtually at capacity. However, I found room for the delicious Homemade Apple Cobbler topped with crunchy caramelised biscuits, served with vanilla ice cream and caramel sauce. With live music seven days a week, SOUND Cafe has created a space where American diner culture meets London’s vibrant music scene. Whether you’re catching a live set, watching the game, or enjoying time with friends, the dishes are designed to be shared, savoured, and celebrated. Even their new Speed of Sound Express Lunch is a clever nod to rhythm and efficiency.
