bitedrinks liqueur, gin, and fresh lemon juice into a cocktail shak- er and the champagne into a flute. Add ice to the shak- er and shake vigorously until the drink is chilled. Strain the cocktail into the glass with champagne and garnish with a cocktail cherry. The delightful Flower Drop combines 20 ml St-Ger- main Elderflower Liqueur, 40 ml Grey Goose Vodka Original, 20 ml fresh lemon juice and 10 ml sugar syr- up. Pour St-Germain, vodka, freshly squeezed lemon juice and sugar syrup into a cocktail shaker. Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously until the drink is nice- ly chilled. Fine strain the drink into a chilled coupette glass and gently twist a lemon peel over the drink to release the oil. Discard it, then garnish it with edible flowers. Another take on a classic cocktail is the Elderflower Mojito with 20 ml St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur, 35 ml Bacardí Carta Blanca Rum, 20 ml fresh lemon juice, two teaspoons of caster sugar, 30 ml soda water and mint sprig to garnish. Pour St-Germain, vodka, white rum, freshly squeezed lime juice, sugar, and mint into a highball glass. Add crushed ice and churn well, then add more crushed ice and top with a splash of spar- kling water. Garnish with a sprig of mint and a biode- gradable straw.
