Up to a thousand carefully selected flowers fill every bottle to create a finely crafted and perfectly balanced liqueur. Founded by third-generation distiller Robert J Cooper, he launched the world’s first elderflower liqueur in 2007, naming it after Saint- Germain-des-Prés, Paris’ iconic district known for centuries as an epicentre for free-thinking and artistic expression.
