The state-of-the-art sanctuary of wellbeing is housed in a standalone building, comprising 21 tranquil treatment rooms, 11 rooms in the longevity area, and two bespoke spa suites. The wellness programme includes Ayurvedic Detox to enhance the nervous system and cleanse metabolic organs and filtration systems. Ayurvedic Stress Relief provides therapies to soothe the body and mind during times of stress, accompanied by carefully chosen herbal foods and teas. The Day Inner Peace programme combats the effects of stress on our bodies. It provides mindful- ness sessions like yoga classes, Tibetan sound therapy, floating pool sessions, and therapeutic massages, including Thai, hot stones, deep tissue, and Balinese. The Longevity Centre offers comprehensive treatments and therapies using the latest wellbeing technology on the first floor. Facilities include an Ozone Sauna, Cryotherapy, Nuvola Float- ing Sleep Bed, Floatation Pool, Scio Quantum Testing (which sends electromagnetic signals to the body to identify patholog- ical changes in organs and cells at an early stage), Mesotherapy (a non-invasive, gentle skin rejuvenation treatment that can aid healing in the body and promote hair regrowth), IV Infusions with over 14 rejuvenating options available, and innovative fa- cial and body sculpting withicoone® technology using Multi Mi- cro Alveolar Stimulation. For those seeking a more Lo-Fi approach to wellbeing, the ground floor is a temple of relaxation with extensive hydro and thermal experiences, including an infrared sauna, herbal sau- na, steam room, rain room, Himalayan salt room, deep Kneipp Walk, Tepidarium and tranquil relaxation lounge. An exten- sive menu of therapeutic massage rituals is available, including Ayurveda, Marmapoint, Remedial Massage, Tibetian, Asian Deep Tissue, Aromatherapy, Balinese, Hot Stone, Swedish and Sports massage and Sound Therapy. The signature Hammam Rituals are a must, including the soothing Morjona Hammam treatment using a sea-salt essential oil exfoliating scrub to leave the skin feeling cleansed and nourished and give it an overall feeling of wellbeing. There is also a room dedicated to Vichy Hammam detox therapy. The spacious Technogym fitness studio with views over the resort and the Aegean is equipped with all the latest training equipment, with a team of accredited trainers on hand to offer bespoke PT sessions. Next to the gym is a dedicated Reformer Pilates Studio with daily sessions available to guests on a com- plimentary basis.
