The track showcases their sig- nature harmonies and R&B flair as they deliver a cau- tionary tale to a trifling lover, urging him to resist the temptation of other women or face the consequences of his actions. The accompanying video, directed by Ganna Bogdan, shows the girls going to the desert. ‘Caught Up’ follows the release of ‘Walk Like This’, which received praise from The Times, Complex UK , and other media outlets. It marks the first release since their 2023 EP 3 of Us and the Missy Elliott-assisted single ‘Fly Girl’; the latter earned them their first UK top 40 single. In April, Flo delivered two sensational sets at the annual music festival Coachella. Later this year, they will hit the stage at Governors Ball, Lollapalooza, and Reading and Leeds festivals. Flo aims to redefine what it means to be in a girl group and reshape the landscape of R&B. With a seismic cul- tural current and an ever-growing legion of dedicated Flolifers behind them; they are poised to become one of the most successful girls’ bands on the planet. Their un- apologetic attitude and iconic harmonies are reminiscent of soulful legends, with a natural relatability and charis- ma. Firmly in the driver’s seat and armed with impecca- ble vocals and mesmerising visuals, Flo is ready to take over the world. www.flolikethis.com
