The watch features a black or silver dial in a matt finish with hours, minutes and small seconds, an automat- ic AL-530 calibre movement and a 38-hour power reserve with 28,800 alt/h and 31 jewels. Its polished stainless steel two-part case has an an- ti-reflective convex sapphire crystal, an engraved and see-through screwed caseback and water resist- ance up to 30 metres. The black dial is designed with beige printed Arabic numerals, graduation, hour and minute hand and the small second counter at 6 o’clock. The silver dial has similar features but is in black. Both models have dauphine hands and the original Alpina logo, completed by a light brown Os- trich leather strap with off-white stitching and a pin buckle. The second model has a quartz AL-255 calibre movement and one jewel, with hours, minutes and seconds hands, date features and 45 months of bat- tery life. GMT (Greenwich Mean Time) is the cen- tral hand that can be adjusted to show the time in the second time zone of the wearer’s choice, and World- timer allows the time to be adjusted to any of the 24 main time zones. Both functionalities are available in the Startimer Pilot Quartz Worldtimer for the first time. With a navy blue, alpine green or black dial, the three styles have a brushed and polished stainless steel two-part 41 mm case with anti-reflective con- vex sapphire crystal, a threaded caseback engraved with the Startimer pattern and water-resistance up to 100 metres. They have a sunray finish, printed Ar- abic numerals filled with white luminous treatment, a white outer ring with seconds graduation, a 24H disc with day in white or red and night in blue or green indication and a city disc featuring 24 cities. The hand-polished silver colour hour, minute and GMT hands with red triangle hands are also filled with white luminous treatment. At the same time, it has a hand-polished white second hand with a red triangle and a date window at 3 o’clock. The brushed and polished stainless steel three-link bracelet and folding buckle with push buttons accompany the navy blue and green dial pieces. The black dial has a black calf leather strap with dirty white stitching and a pin buckle.
