bitecuisine Humita Don Pedro Truffle Mac & Cheese We had Caramelised Banana Pancake with Nutella, dulce mousse, and Don Pe- dro with whipped ice cream, walnuts, and rum for dessert. The pancake was folded over like a crepe with the hazelnut cocoa spread inside and the decorative mousse on the side. Don Pedro was served in a tall cup, almost like a dessert cocktail. As Aggelos commented, "Guests first eat with their eyes and then their stomach." We wholeheartedly agree with this statement.
