Like a tailor’s workshop, Bentley Home’s luxury customisation takes shape amid the finest leathers, marbles and woods. Belgian designer Xavier Lust created a selection of limit- ed-edition pieces that reveal his poetics and experimental approach to the material. Dynamism and lightness meet the strength and resistance of the metal, while the curves and reflections demonstrate his style. Bentley Home’s furnishing perfectly complements one’s lifestyle, produced in high-quality materials shaped by skilled Italian artisans. It is inspired by the design codes and meticulous attention to detail of the renowned automotive Maison, using leather, veneer, metal and glass to achieve a distinctive aesthetic. The collection is designed for everyday living in complete comfort but also with stylish elegance, as a perfect expression of contemporary luxury. Solstice Collection, a collaboration between Bentley Home designer Carlo Colombo and Bentley Motors, is an example of Maison’s exquisite craftsmanship with stunning pieces, including outdoor furniture reflecting its unique design vision. It represents the destination of Bentley Home's ex- traordinary journey in Sicily in 1921, ending through the beauty of the natural landscape, history and cultural legacy. Its identity took shape in the interplay between excellent Italian craftsmanship and the British brand’s vision, in- spired by the sensual, streamlined profiles of the Ramsey indoor line. The iconic Bentley Matrix grille was reinter- preted through a complex manual process. The super-mir- ror finish lights up with fascinating vibrations in the sun- light to emphasise the sophisticated details and refined, manually accomplished changes in cross section. The stainless-steel outer frame, upholstered by hand in leather by Luxury Living Group artisans, gave the collec- tion items a contemporary note, blending into the land- scape with natural elegance. Lightweight, dynamic grille el- ements are combined with complete volumes, upholstered in leather and natural fabrics selected in a range of neutral colours, from earthy shades to aquamarine tones. Alongside velvet, chenille and satin treated for outdoor use, textiles research was conducted to provide ample oppor- tunity for fibres that best interpret a sustainable lifestyle. The new Outdoor collection is also available with the ex- clusive MARM\MORE® fabric made from marble powder, conceived and patented by the Italian start-up Fili Pari and developed and produced by Limonta for Bentley Home. The new Colwyn hemp fabric is also used in three different colours, Cool Grey, Laguna and Desert. Hemp is one of the oldest botanical fibres; its origins date back 6,000 years. Cultivated without fertilisers and chem- icals, it is the most suitable natural fabric for outdoor life because it resists extreme climate conditions. Colwyn un- dergoes anti-static and waterproofing treatment, which protects the material in any weather condition: dust and liquids slide off without penetrating the fibre, making it re- sistant to atmospheric agents.
