The Light Powered Skincare comes from phytoplankton, a pro- tein extracted from the spirulina algae. When lightened by the blue light from computers and mobile screens, it releases its beneficial protective enzymes to help stop the damages caused by this electronic pollution: wrinkles, dark spots and lack of firmness, together with over 92% of botanical ingre- dients. Vegan, sulphate, paraben and silicone-free, Blue Cure is suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin. The first step of this lovely skincare is the Hyaluronic Cleanser Foam, which is rich in seawater, glycerin and hya- luronic acids. While it deeply cleanses, it’s gentle on the skin. I love how it blends and eliminates traces of make-up, in- cluding mascara and lipsticks. This foam is light and soft and great for sensitive skin. It leaves a fresh, crispy and well-hy- drated feeling once it’s washed off. I love the uplifting gentle sea breeze scent in the morning. The second product is Hyaluronic Booster, a potent se- rum that works brilliantly on wrinkles and skin protection, thanks to its 14% hyaluronic acid. The unique formula is rich in botanical ingredients like centella asiatica, green tea, and phytoplankton extracts that smooth and soften the skin, leaving a hydrated and youthful appearance. The non-greasy texture of the serum is easily absorbed within seconds, leav- ing a gentle tightening feeling on the skin. I love the glass oil dropper, which gives me a sense of aromatherapy and well- being with each application. Two to three drops are enough for best results to use morning and evening on the face and neck. After the Hyaluronic Booster, I used the fantastic Hydro + Skin Barrier Serum, one of my favourites from the Blue Cure range. It’s rich in polyglutamic acid, an active ingredi- ent that hydrates the skin four times, uses hyaluronic acid, and firms and lifts the skin beautifully. It also has ginseng root extract, almond oil, moringa oil, plant-based ceramide and probiotics. This excellent skin barrier protects against pollution and free radicals, making it a great skincare help to maintain youthful skin longer. It’s light in texture, feels like fresh water, is pleasant to the touch, and absorbs quickly. The skin feels bright and soothing, soft and hydrated. I love this product because it’s cool and fresh and works well on all skin types. Anti-Pollution Repair Rich Cream is a smooth, soft, rich cream that doesn’t leave grease or is heavy on the skin. The active ingredients phytoplankton, centella asiatica, and hya- luronic acid eliminate firmness loss, wrinkles and blemishes. Naturally, the skin looks nourished, brighter, and smoother and feels hydrated and even to the touch. This Anti-Pollu- tion Repair Rich Cream protects against the blue lighting of screens and is absolutely genius. It makes sense to apply it during the day. Lastly, it is a potent product in the Blue Cure range. AHA Cleansing and Peeling Foam is more than a cleanser; it’s a fantastic exfoliator, rich in active ingredients of glycolic acid, malic acid and apple juice. This product feels light upon application but is also potent in a foam texture. It penetrates the skin deeply, breaking down impurities, including oily se- bum, acne marks and make-up, and prepares the skin for better absorption. It is the ideal cleansing and peeling foam for dull, tired and stressed-out skin. It has a soothing effect on the skin, leaving it brighter, firmer, and unclogs pores, which is a great help for younger and healthier-looking skin. This cleansing and peeling foam is effective, so use it once weekly. Apply two small nuggets of the AHA foam and gen- tly spread it over the face and neck, avoiding the eyes and lips. Leave it to work for ten minutes, and then rinse well with warm water. Always apply the cleansing and peeling foam at night since it makes the skin more sensitive to sun rays. It is advisable to use good sunscreen in the morning to protect the skin from damaging sun effects. I love this prod- uct because it brings luminosity and evenness back to my skin. I have followed the Blue Cure routine for three weeks and have thoroughly enjoyed using the products. My skin feels and looks firmer, brighter, and, most of all, healthier.
