At the same time, Caramel Salé is made from almond and hazelnut gianduja with roasted almond and crunchy caramel pieces. Enjoy the taste of Italy with Tartufi Amaretti consisting of almond and hazelnut gianduja with crunchy Amarettini pieces or Tartufi Hazelnut gianduja with roasted Piedmontese hazel- nuts. Lastly, indulge in the dark chocolate of Tartufi Grand Cru, with hazelnut gianduja combined with the finest 70% Grand Cru Ecuador chocolate, cocoa granules, and crumbled roasted hazelnuts. Läderach's initial innovation is FrischSchoggi™, slabs of fresh caramelised white, dark or milk chocolate made with large, roasted, caramelised almonds from California.
