Retreat boutique Our Retreat has announced their calendar for 2022 that will allow travellers to take a wellness break and have launched new destinations, Portugal and Mar- rakech. Founded by Lisa Carolyn, Our Retreat is suited to solo travellers, adventurers and wellness seekers alike, hosted by world-renowned trainers, featuring fitness, yoga, Pilates, meditation, breath- work and wellness workshops. Our Retreat Somerset – Wild Swim- ming & Farm-to-Fork Dining N estled in the heart of the British countryside, the two-day luxury retreat takes place at the beautiful 42 acres farmhouse in Somerset. Rooted in the belief that a connection to nature aids wellbeing, guests are invited to switch off their phones and truly disconnect from the hustle of the daily grind with a weekend in the most serene setting. Catering to all abilities, upon arrival retreaters are welcomed with an ‘intro to yoga’ workshop to ensure everyone gets the most out of the weekend ahead. Mornings are spent practising meditation, breath- work, and mindful yoga, followed by wild swimming in the estate’s lake, and guided walks through the verdant woodland, whilst afternoons consist of Pilates and restora- tive yoga sessions designed to relieve tension and promote relaxation. All meals and snacks provided follow a farm-to- fork philosophy, suitable for vegans and vegetarians, using the freshest produce from the vegetable gardens found on the estate. Our Retreat Somerset at 42 Acres will take place through- out 2022, with dates running from January to November 2022, starting from £595pp.
