bitefashion FRAGILE WORLD This garment represents how fragile the environment is and how fragmented our efforts are in combating the effects of climate change to rebalance the ecosystem The bodice is a single piece of barkcloth with no seams wrapped around the body which symbolises the single move uniting us in one effort to save our planet. The skirt overlay is made from fragmented leftover barkcloth. What world do we want to leave the future generations? The natural environment is a collective good, the patrimony of all humanity and the responsibility of everyone. Every man, woman, and child need to do something to save the environment. ‘It cannot be emphasised enough how everything is interconnected.’
