A sheer plastic coat featured pearls and gems trapped between the layers, offering a textural element to the gar- ment. A final statement to the collec- tion came in matching sheer embel- lished masks, adding a dramatic final touch. . CLARE WOODWARD Inspired by the equestrian culture and traveller community in Dublin, Clare Woodward used a mix of leather, tulle, and printed cotton to compose her eclectic mix of colour and texture. Each outfit offered a different inter- pretation, from a two-piece matching poppy print suit to leather patchwork coats. Statement illustrations of fe- male bodies and tulle veils were em- bellished with peacock motifs. NATHANIEL MACKIE Using his collection to challenge longstanding issues within the fashion industry, such as sustainability, Nathaniel Mackie repur- posed and upcycled materials to form his incredibly tailored col- lection of long romantic silhouettes and masculine explorations. Challenging the stereotypes through fine pleating and exploring poignant emotion through statement appliqué motifs and colour conscious, this was illustrated through the patchwork on jackets and skirts.
