The brand says they opted for a vodka base rather than whiskey because “vodka has a sharper, cleaner taste, allowing the chocolate to really ripple through and take centre stage.” Hotel Chocolat also created Cocoa Gin and Salted Caramel Cocoa Vodka Liqueur.
