bite drinks There are fantastic cocktails that can be made with Pinkster Gin such as Gin ‘n’ Jam which is slightly sweet and indulgently lush. To make this cocktail, firstly fill a shaker with ice and add 50ml of Pinkster Gin, 10ml of lemon juice and a large spoon of Gin Jam. Serve over crushed ice and garnish with a second spoon of jam and a raspberry. The Pinkster Winter Serve consists of 50ml of Pinkster Gin and Fever-Tree Aromatic Tonic. Add the ingre- dients to a tall ice-filled glass and garnish with an orange slice studded with cloves. Rampant Raspberry, deemed the long drink with a liqueur kick is made up of 50ml of Pinkster Gin, 70ml of apple juice, 35ml of Hedgepig Rampant Raspberry Fruit Gin Liqueur and 15m of lime juice. This cocktail is created by shaking and straining the ingredients in a tall ice-filled glass and garnishing with apple slices. For the French Twist, pimp up your prosecco by adding a measure of Pinkster Royale to a chilled flute of prosecco or champagne and watch the bubbles rise. Pinktini with 50ml of Pinkster Gin and 10ml of elderflower cor- dial is a take on Martini. Fill a shaker with ice, throw in several raspberries and add five parts of Pinkster Gin to one part cordial. Shake and pour into an ice-cold glass and garnish with a raspber- ry and a sprig of mint. How about Mellow Yellow, a crazy fresh and easy drinking cocktail consisting of 30ml of Pinkster Gin and 25ml of Limoncello? Shake the ingredients well and double strain into a wine glass full of ice, then top up with ginger ale and garnish with a sprig of fresh basil.
