Still, many brands are slow in making changes. The selfish attitude related to commercialisation is now facing bigger challenges from a more concerned and knowledgeable generation of consum- ers. Together with conscious organisations, better informa- tion and social media, changes are possible. The hope that all cosmetics brands will one day opt for the right responsible path is a slow but sure way forward, and is worth fighting for.
