This new English brand has everything you need to recreate super shimmery, glittery eyes. I came across the brand during a beauty exhibition and I was very excited to meet them, as I knew of their products already. The stand was super shimmery with a cascade of shades that was more vibrant and bright than the other. For me, it was glitter heaven, where everything sparkled and shined amazingly. I’ve had the opportunity to work with some of the Glitter Eyes shades recently. The intensity of the shine is very clear with its own signature style. The pressed Glitter pans are all handmade, and quite fragile to the touch, but ever so long-lasting on the eyes. The shades are all beautiful and it is impossible to resist or to try to pick out a favourite. Some of them are so bright, such as Glistening Azure, Scarlett Spirit, while others are more gentle and girly, such as the Baby Doll Twinkle or Fairy Dust. No matter what the colour, the secret of the Glitter Eyes is the Glitter Fix Liquid, which allows the glitter to stick and be applied mess-free at last! I have enjoyed trying out the collection, as I love everything that shines, and I particularly appreciate the Glitter Eye Kit and the Pressed Glitter Singles with the Empty Palette. The Glitter Kit has a lovely shade of loose glitter in a Rainbow Bright glitter pot, a great applicator which deepens into the Glitter Fix-Liquid allowing the glitter to stick to it and be easily applied on eyes or anywhere else on the skin. The Lovely Dust Brush is a great tool to wipe away any excess glitter. The Glitter Singles are available in over 50 shades, which can be assembled in the empty palette to create your own unique, personalised eye colour combination. This is great for either as a present or stocking filler. Among the various combi- nations of glitter, there are also Shimmer Eyes Pressed Pigments . These are super long-lasting eye shadows in many beautiful shades of pure silky, pearled texture that are easy to blend and mix and match. Each shadow is handmade from the most natural ingredients, making them not only vegan friendly, but also slightly different from pan to pan, and that is also why they are so unique. If they are a bit loose or are getting soft, just place them in the fridge, especially during the summer time. Among some of my favourites are Latte, Cream Soda, and Crème De Menthe, which I love to use as a highlighter for cheeks and eyebrows. Finally the star of the collection, for me, is the unique and fabulous Glitter Eyes Gold. This golden glitter, made with real 24 carat gold is more than just a golden glitter. It is the most luxurious sparkling cosmetic around. The glitter has splendour to it that it is simply divine. Used by Anastasia on Strictly Come Dancing , it adds glamour to any eye make-up or outfit. It is very simple to use with the help of the Glitter Fix Liquid , and I love to just spread it all over my arms or even to add some to my hair oil for that extra shine and shimmer.
