the tall glass full of scrumptious good- ness with a small container of hot fudge sauce to pour into the glass. As I gradu- ally worked my way through the layers of sundae, my taste buds were treated to delicious cherries with alcohol, almonds, rum cake and chocolate ice-cream. This dessert was simply creamy and dreamy and at one time it almost defeated me but I was determined to make it to the end. With the BBQ Pineapple, you could tell that the ring of pineapple had been barbequed, with the coconut sorbet and passion fruit completing the dessert. However, at the end of the day the Hot Fudge Sundae was the sure winner in my eyes. Drake & Morgan also offers other desserts such as Cappuccino Semi- Freddo (cinnamon sugar doughnuts); Salted Caramel, Chocolate andVanilla Ice Cream;Tiramisu; Raspberry, Coconut and Lemon Sorbet; Salted Chocolate Caramel Tart; and British Cheese Board with thick chutney and oak biscuits. Before you leave, make sure you venture down the emerald green staircase where you’ll find a marble-topped central bar and two open-plan kitchen pods that will remind you of an Ikea kitchen.
