F ounded by Jane Hibbert in 2009, AromaWorks London is a natural luxury aromatherapy company based in the UK. It combines the beneficial effects of aroma- therapy for the mind with the beneficial results of natural oils for the body. This concept is the basis of Jane’s signature products which are made of the purest oils and free from gluten, nuts, chemicals, sulphate and paraben as well as being animal-cruelty free and vegan friendly. The key ingredients are essential in tackling issues such as eczema, psoriasis and rosacea and are safe to use during pregnancy. All products are made at their UK based factory to maintain the highest quality and purity of the essential oils, with the exception of their exotic 100% natural oils which are sourced ethically from their native lands. This adheres to AromaWorks’ belief in maintaining a high standard of sustainability, whilst using natural ingredients to work effectively on the body and mind. With this in mind, it was only a matter of time before I discovered the brand myself, not only for their pure, organic essential oils, but also for their free-from resolution, of which I am a great sup- porter. My quest for discovery lasted four weeks as I wanted to try each product on a regular basis to appreci- ate the beneficial effects not just from a skin care point of view but also as an aromatherapy treatment as well.The five products I tried were beneficial in tack- ling issues such as ageing, skin texture and appearance, working in all areas of the body, hands and face. My experience started from the moment I received the products.The sweet, earthy flowery scent infused the room straight away. I fell in love with the chic and del- icate design of the packaging, especially the elegant opaque glass jar and pump bottle. It was a pleasant invitation to start my aromatic journey of the senses. It took me only a matter of seconds to decide on which one I would start with first. NURTURE HAND LOTION Hands are the most vulnerable part of our body as they are constantly active and mostly exposed to chemi- cals, weather conditions and bacteria. Very often hands suffer from dryness, redness, which also affect our nails that can become brittle, fragile and break easily. Even cuticles can harden, feeling uncomfortable and not so manicured. The Nurture Hand Lotion is the ideal product to combat all of the above-men- tioned conditions, including ageing hands.
