Moschino Menswear Autumn/Winter 2012

This season at Moschino, colour was the main theme. While many other designers stuck to the plain and simplistic colour scheme, Moschino brought us bright bold hues to make the darkness of winter a bit more pleasurable. Bright oranges and bold greens will be the colours that many men will be longing for when it comes to the choosing of trousers, while brick style printing will also be in abundance this winter. However the composition of the collection remained ‘formal’, many beautiful double-breasted jackets, cravats and bow ties will transform a dressed down look into something a bit more reserved.

But although this collection has a formal subtext the designers behind this show added an element of punk by slipping in the odd leather jacket to toughen up the looks. Cut off shorts worn with a shirt and a waistcoat, are also going to be merging their ways into the male wardrobe this winter.

See my favourite 5 looks from this collection below.
