bite travel Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group M andarin Oriental will be managing and re-brand- ing an existing hotel on Lake Lucerne (locally known as Lake Luzern) in Switzerland, which will re-open as Mandarin Oriental Palace Luzern at the end of 2020. Located in the heart of the city on the shores of Lake Lucerne, the iconic Hotel Palace Luzern first opened in 1906. The multi-million dollar renovation will include the restyling of all guest rooms and suites, the redesign of the pub- lic areas, restaurants and bars as well as the landscaping of the outdoor grounds. Once the works have been completed, Mandarin Oriental Pal- ace will comprise of 146 rooms and suites offering excellent views of the lake and mountains.
