Each chocolate bar has their own character such as the Mexican Porcelana 75% which uses grand cru cocoa beans, an intense and subtle dark chocolate with fresh and lemony notes or the Java 45% which is a slightly smokey milk choc- olate traditionally balanced with beans originating from the island. Mendiant chocolate bars have a more nutty and fruity selection that consist of 12 choices. Carmelised Almonds is a dark chocolate bar with 75% cocoa covered in whole, carmelised almonds; Muesli is another dark chocolate bar covered in lightly carmelised muesli for a more delightful, delicious crunch; and Almonds & Candied Oranges & Figs in milk chocolate has caramelised almonds, pista- chios, pine nuts, morsels of figs and candied orange.There is also a Traditional Chocolate Bar and a selection of Filled Chocolate Bars. The ganaches, pralines and truffles each have their own recipes and textures, with different flavours to discover. From the more traditional creations to the most surprising blends, all Le Chocolat confectionaries have the highest quality ingredients and a flavour that is both rich and subtle. The Truffles Box with 24 pieces are coated with chocolate, then dusted with cocoa powder and are produced using three recipes: dark ganache, vanilla ganache and orange praline. Interestedly, one of the chocolate pieces is infused with Tonka beans, while another is made with fresh passion fruit. Fresh ginger juice is the ingredient in the Milk Ginger, while Milk Coffee is infused with Alain Ducasse coffee. Consisting of 12, 21, 30, 45, 58 and 90 pieces, the Discovery Box contains a delicious assortment for those exploring the range for the first time, or for the amateur of variety.
